News: More changes in new release

Hi all! As it was last time, I am writing a bit of changelog for you to see what is done and what is going to be done in near future.

I have already written admin_modules for the new core (a couple of features missing yes)

admin_blocks is rewritten as well (and again a couple of functions missing like set permissions)

admin_users is in process. This time I decided to unite users and groups management in one module since they can not live seporately, but together make a complite module.

New theme is ready (but I still working on it)

BBCode library is in process (hope to finish it soon)

Smiles, Avatars, News&Topics (which gonna be two in one module) are comming soon.

Also if user is denied to access some page, error message is show to him (we have a seporate function to draw errors now with a seporate CSS class)

If user trying to access module which doen't exists he get customized 404 page.

All strings are moved to language files so site will be 100% translatable.

Modules support languages (language files and option to show block only for the selected language)

Permission management reviewed and corrected for some aspects of the site :)

All directories are protected from browsing by index.php file with redirect to top level index.

All files are protected from direct accessing with eregi function which redirects to top level index if file is accessed directly.

If found modules dependencies failed - table with errors printed in admin_modules so admin can see problems

If site is not installed - with the first execution all default values are set to the database.

Functions to check login,email and password validity created (these functions just check if sting can be a login or a email or password, but not check if the one exists in database). This is for string validation.

Some more CSS classes are added as well as comments in .css files so anyone can understand the class definitions and make his/her own theme

Alex! Cmon! I have a new engine in Java... maybe we better use it? however we need to change the style of it totally. PHP and even Perl are script langs for kids. Delete this block when ready to start with the new way of coding :)
